Welcome to Orb Eden. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to our basic store terms. We aim to run our business under clear and straightforward rules to protect both your rights and ours.

Fulfillment Model Disclosure

Orb Eden operates on a direct-to-consumer fulfillment network. We act as an authorized sales agent arranging logistics and direct delivery from our specialized supplier network to your doorstep. We retain full administrative control over your customer service, ordering, and delivery tracking.

1. Payment Model

We work through a Cash on Delivery (COD) system for now. We do not charge interest or add hidden financial processing fees. The price shown on our website at checkout is exactly what you pay when your package arrives.

2. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our items as accurately as possible using clear images, technical specifications, and detailed descriptions. Please note that minor variations in product packaging or color shading may occasionally occur due to standard manufacturing updates. We ensure that our pages match our active inventory details.

3. When is the Deal Final?

The transaction becomes final once your order is processed and shipped out. You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it on our website. After 2 hours, the package is handed to the courier network and the shipment cannot be stopped from our end.

4. Change of Mind Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fair service across Pakistan, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind once an order has been accepted from the courier flyer or opened by the customer. Please review all product details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Handling Delivery Issues

If your item happens to arrive broken, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away. Just message us on WhatsApp (+92 325 4981998) or email us at orbeden.co@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of getting your parcel, and we will work to arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy guidelines.
